Our Users Voices – All that matters!

I think we can all agree that one key to the success of any business is listening to the customers… and then making every effort to give them what they want.

At IAC-EZ, we welcome and encourage requests and advice from our users, and we strive to meet all of their needs. One great tool that we use to help us do so is UserVoice, a third party feature tracking system.

UserVoice is our ‘front line’ for features. We use the online suggestion box to collect customer feedback- to review, monitor, take ideas and put them into our system, and then track suggestion votes. Once an idea has been implemented, we place it under the Completed tab so users can see what we have done with it.

You can see, on the right, that we have our UserVoice widget right on our blog, we also have a forum that links to our UserVoice Feature list and you can find it on its very own page at features.iacez.com.

Jessica wants to talk to you! She is who coordinates the contests, travels to all the conferences, and interfaces on a fun level with customers on a daily basis in order to bring our users together as a community.

Jessica has a B.Admin and an MBA. Her background in business, along with a diverse skill-set (including a diploma in Medical Transportation, retail experience, and experience as a paralegal) make her a valued, highly flexible team member.
