IAC-EZ: Bookkeeping in nursery rhymes
We’ve been looking at well-known nursery rhymes and seeing how things would have changed if IAC-EZ was there.
Today’s nursery rhyme is:
Mary had a little lamb,
little lamb, little lamb,
Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow.
And everywhere that Mary went,
Mary went, Mary went,
and everywhere that Mary went, the lamb was sure to go.
It followed her to school one day
school one day, school one day,
It followed her to school one day, which was against the rules.
It made the children laugh and play,
laugh and play, laugh and play,
it made the children laugh and play to see a lamb at school.
IAC-EZ can help Mary in a couple of ways:
First, if Mary joined IAC-EZ she could participate in our forum and perhaps she might learn about the black sheep which we talked about on Tuesday’s blog. Thanks to our fun, business-centric community, they might strike up a deal to partner on some kind of sheep-related collaboration. Perhaps a checkerboard wool quilt.
Also, Mary might notice that the kids love her sheep so she might consider charging for the entertainment. That would add some revenue to her wool-related income. Commodity-based income is okay but commodity prices can fluctuate – some days wool is hot (pun intended) and some days you can’t get rid of it! Income from sheep rides at the school yard is a great way to increase income while spreading her risk. And, IAC-EZ would be there to help her track it all.
