FAQ: “Can I split up an invoice amount into different categories? What about a payment? ”
FAQ is a regular blog feature that answers frequently asked questions and makes them available as a growing list of tagged blogs.
Yes! You can now split amounts for invoices, entries, or bills into separate line items to have more accurate information.
Simply click on show/hide details, and a bottom section will open for you. For your payments, click the “add entry and split” button. You will then get a new window for the separate category. (If you have an entry that is already saved, simply click the double arrows to split the transaction.)
